Sidney -
A Sidney man accused of raping a 4 year-old girl and recording it on his cellphone, has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
22 year-old Eric Bard appeared in court today, charged with eighteen sex crimes, but a judge wants him tested before he enters a plea, because there are no beds available at the state's psychiatric hospital, no date has been set for his next court appearance.
Bard was arrested in July after police say they found a memory card at his home with images of abuse.
Police say they also found child pornography on computers taken from Bard's home.
Police say the assaults took place while he was babysitting the child.
