There's a weightlifting competition this weekend that will help seniors and their furry friends.
The Bench-Press and Deadlift Challenge is Saturday morning at 8:30 at the Bangor-Brewer Athletic Club.
The club is on Abbott Street in Brewer.
Anyone can enter the contest, it costs $10 or 10 pounds of pet food.
All of the money and food goes to the Furry Friends Food Bank, helping senior citizens take care of their pets.
