Durham -
Firefighters from several towns battled an early-morning fire at a home in Durham.
The call for help came in early Monday Morning.
Two people inside the home and their dog got out safely.
Flames damaged the home and destroyed a nearby barn, according to fire fighters on the scene.
The State Fire Marshal's Office has been called to the scene to investigate a cause.
