Construction Slows Traffic in Milo and Anson

Some construction projects starting tomorrow may affect your travels in Milo and Anson.

Crews are replacing the existing concrete bridge deck on the Pleasant River bridge in Milo.

The bridge will be closed for the next 35 days.

Traffic will be detoured to Route 11 North onto the Stickney Hill Road in Brownville.

Drivers will then go to Stanchfield Ridge Road back to Milo, then to Lakeview Road.
Crews will also be working on Route 201 in Anson.

They'll be removing a large box culvert about one half mile south of the Embden town line.

Detour signs will guide drivers from Route 201 to Route 43, then onto Route 201A in Madison.

It is anticipated this daytime work will be completed by September 14th.
