Bangor -
A former Bangor psychologist will spend four months in prison after pleading guilty to theft by deception and gross sexual assault involving a client.
60-year old John Keefe of Veazie was sentenced in Penobscot County Superior Court.
Some of the assaults took place between 2007 and 2010 at Keefe's office in Bangor.
Since he billed sessions with the client to MaineCare, he's also been ordered to back almost $15,000.
Keefe surrendered his license in June of 2010.
