Rockland -
A man from Rockland accused of raping a 3-year-old child pleaded not guilty Tuesday.
32-year-old Ryan Withee appeared in court in Rockland.
He was arrested in June when police say the child's mother came home to find Withee with the child who complained that he'd hurt her.
The mother called police and the child was taken to a local hospital.
Withee remains in the Knox County jail on $10,000 bail.
He could go on trial as soon as October.
