The Canadian company selling discount prescription drugs to public employees in Maine has agreed to stop doing business in our state.
Can-Arx had been providing discount drugs to city of Portland employees since 2004, and had recently started working with state employees as well.
The Attorney General's office ruled the company is not licensed to do business in Maine.
