Brothers Accused In Howland Beating Case Make Bail


Howland - Two of the four men accused of brutal beating up two men in Howland Friday night, have made bail.

Charles Gardner and Henry McKinnon, as well as Henry's brother, John McKinnon and Brandon Summerson were all arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

According to the State police Website, one of the victims has 80 facial fractures.

The other victim has numerous fractures, including a broken eye socket and broken ribs, and all of his teeth have been knocked out.

That victim was put in the intensive care unit for an unregulated heart beat.

Bail was set Monday morning at $10,000 dollars for each of the men.

Monday evening, both John and Henry McKinnon were released on bail.

Gardner and Summerson are still in custody.
