Houlton -
A Houlton man who's accused of beating up a woman for the second time in four months has been arrested.
Emergency crews were called to a house with an unconscious 27-year-old woman inside.
Police say Michael Shain, 25, had been in and out of the house while the woman was out cold, and refused to call 9-1-1.
They tell us the woman's 4-year-old twins were in the house too.
Shain is charged with domestic violence assault and endangering the welfare of children.
Police say in April he assaulted the same woman.
