Bangor -
The drummer for Ted Nugent accused of driving drunk in a golf cart around the Bangor Waterfront pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
55-year-old Mick Brown didn't appear in court in Bangor. His lawyer entered the plea for him instead.
Brown is charged with OUI, driving to endanger, theft and assault.
Ted Nugent performed at a Waterfront Concert last month.
Brown reportedly stole a golf cart used by concert personnel and was driving it recklessly around the Front street area that evening.
Police said several people tried to stop him.
Brown remains free on $4,000 bail.
