Stetson -
One person was taken to the hospital after two trucks crashed in Stetson Monday afternoon.
The vehicles collided at the intersection of Stetson and Village Roads.
Deputies say the driver of the smaller pick up was pulling out of a business and failed to stop at the stop sign.
The truck crashed into the side of a larger pickup.
Deputy Sheriff James Kennedy with the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office says, "I believe both vehicles are going to be totaled. The small pickup truck is actually an electric pickup truck and it knocked the rear hub off the rear tire. So I believe both vehicles will be totaled."
The passenger in the larger truck was taken to the hospital with leg, neck and arm pain.
The injuries are not considered life threatening.
Part of the area was closed for about an hour while the scene was cleaned up.
