Bangor -
Bangor had to win twice tonight because they lost on Tuesday to Hampden-Newburgh and Hampden-Newburgh was unbeaten in the tourney.
Bangor was trailing 6-0 in the 5th, but they finally put some heat on Matt Martin, loading the bases, then scoring on a booted ball on the infield
to make it 6-1.
But the Hampden-Newburgh infield would make up for it on the very next play, as a ground ball in the infield retires the side. Hampden-Newburgh wins it, 7-2. They are heading to the Senior League World Series. They'll play Team Canada Sunday at noon.
