A Fayette teenager has been summonsed for arson.
State fire investigators say the 17-year-old boy set fire to a vacant house on Pond Road in Mt. Vernon in July.
A witness reportedly saw the boy flee the area moments before the fire was noticed.
The teenager will be in court in October.
