Scarborough -
Scarborough police are looking for a man accused of attaching a camera to his shoe so he could see up the skirts of women at the local WalMart.
Police say several women at the store reported the behavior on July 16th.
Police say the man is clean shaven and bald and was wearing a green polo shirt and dark shorts on the day he was reported to police.
