Carmel -
The medical examiner is waiting on toxicology tests to determine how a woman from Carmel found near an ATV died.
58-year-old Joyce Girt died in her driveway on Deer Run Lane last Friday night.
Game wardens say her body was next to an ATV that was parked, with the engine off.
Girt's husband, 67-year-old Robert Girt, was found underneath his four-wheeler.
He's recovering in a hospital in Portland.
We're told it could be at least two to three weeks before test results are back on Joyce Girt.
