Bangor -
A Bangor teen has been charged with arson.
Police say the boy's mother reported a fire at their home on James Street on Tuesday morning.
She said she smelled smoke when she came home to give her 17-year-old son a ride to work.
She soon discovered fire coming from a bedroom.
Police say the boy fled the scene.
He was arrested Wednesday and take to the Charleston Correctional Facility.
