New England governors and Eastern Canadian premiers are promising to work together to increase the use of clean energy throughout the region.
They passed a resolution Monday during the 36th annual meeting of the New England governors and eastern Canadian premiers in Vermont.
Quebec's premier says his province is the fourth largest producer of hydro-electricity in the world and the province has decided to expand its wind-power production.
