Hermon -
A spaghetti dinner this weekend will help a Hermon man who is recovering from a motorcycle accident.
T.R. McLeod was seriously injured last month in a crash on Route 2 in Hermon. He was in ICU for nearly a month and is now in rehab.
Saturday, August 4th, a spaghetti dinner and raffle is being held to help the family with medical expenses.
It's at the Masonic Lodge on Route 2 in Hermon.
Dinner will be served at 5pm and 6pm. Dinner includes spaghetti, salad, roll , drink and dessert.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for children.
There will also be raffle tickets available. Three tickets for $1, five tickets for $3 or $10 for an arms length of tickets.
There will also be a separate raffle for a 3-hour limo ride, from Hollywood Custom Rides. The winner will be drawn at the 6pm seating. You do not have to be present to win.
An account has been set up at Peoples United Bank on Main Street in Bangor. You can donate by telling them it is for the T.R. McLeod Keep Fighting Stay Strong Fund.
If you would like more information, or to donate an item for the raffle, call Donna Smith at 478-2885.
There is also a Facebook page for the event. You can find it by clicking here.
