Protesters showed up to the 36th Annual Meeting of The New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers.
Officers say about 35 protesters began blocking busses trying to pick up conference attendees going to a dinner.
We're told one protester dragged an officer trying to make an arrest.
Some officers suffered minor injuries.
