An arrest has been made in connection with the April car crash that killed a former Bangor High School star athlete.
The Cumberland County Sheriffs office said 20-year-old Tyler James Hall was arrested yesterday. He's charged with manslaughter, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and leaving the scene of an accident.
Police said Hall was the driver of the car where 20-year-old Clark Noonan was a passenger. They were playing a game in the car, causing them to go off the road and roll over several times on Chadbourne Road. Noonan was ejected and died on the scene.
Noonan was a standout basketball and soccer player when he went to Bangor High. After graduating, he went on to play basketball at Saint Joseph's college, where he was a student.
Hall was released on $1,000 bail.
