Orrington -
A second person has been arrested in connection to an arson and shooting incident in Orrington.
Ana De Los Santos, of New York City, is facing drug charges.
Drug agents say they found more than $6,000 worth of cocaine and a handgun inside a home on Verona Island where she's living.
Sunday, David Ireland, 46, was arrested. He's accused of dealing heroin.
The investigation started after reports of a fire and gun shots on Johnson Mill Road.
Authorities say the shots were fired after someone set the house on fire.
