The debate continues of Maine's labor history mural.
An appeal has been filed saying the judge erred in his March decision concluding the labor mural was "government speech" rather than the speech of the artist who created it.
Governor LePage had the mural removed from a state building because he considered it biased in favor of organized labor over business interests.
