Brewer Woman Accused of Stabbing Husband Appears in Court

3

Bangor - A Brewer woman accused of stabbing her husband Saturday night is being held on $5,000 bail.

According court documents, Jacqueline Williams, 45, and her husband Peter Duncan got into an argument at a friend's house in Bangor.

A witness says Williams stabbed her husband in shoulder with a kitchen knife.

But Williams told authorities her husband had the knife and attacked her.

Duncan spoke in court, calling the incident a mistake and said they've never had any domestic violence issues.

Williams is due back in court in September.
