Today they celebrated the 23rd annual Open Farm Day to share in the pride of Maine farmers as they show you how they grow their products.
The farmers and their families want to encourage people to buy local food.
The Good Karma Farm owners want the people of Maine to know they are always welcome to stop by.
They even have a guest book for all the visitors to sign so they can see how far people have traveled to see their home.
