Lots of egg-stra egg-citement at Manson Park in Pittsfield.
You guessed it; the Annual Central Maine Egg Festival is under way.
The festival kicked off Thursday, and organizers have a busy weekend planned.
The annual egg breakfast begins at 6:00 Saturday morning, followed a parade at 9:00.
There’s also a fly-in scheduled Saturday, featuring around 200 aircraft and plane rides for kids who have to be at least eight years old.
Organizers like what they've seen so far from this year's egg fest.
The fly in starts at 9:00 Saturday morning and runs all day at the Pittsfield Municipal Airport.
