A toddler who suffered third-degree burns after falling into a fire pit in Lebanon, underwent surgery and skin grafts Thursday at Shriner's Hospital in Boston.
Authorities say, the two-year old fell backward into a pit at Flat Rock Bridge Family resort.
They add, the child was with her mother at the time and describe the incident as a tragic accident.
