A Maine Sports Hall of Famer accused of having child porn is going to have to stay away from anyone under age sixteen without supervision.
That's the bail condition imposed on 61-year-old Dana Wilson of Brewer Wednesday.
He was indicted by a Penobscot County Grand Jury last month for posessing sexually explicit material.
Police began investigating him after getting a tip in February of last year.
"It's taken an emotional toll on him because this is a difficult situation to manage, he remains firm in his conviction that he will in the long run establish that he did not play a role in this," said Wilson's Defense Attorney Jeff Silverstein.
Wilson was a standout basketball player for Husson College and was recently inducted into the Maine Sports Hall of Fame.
If convicted, he could spend up to 5 years in prison.
