Belfast -
The completion of a construction project in Belfast could mean big business for the city.
Work on the last of six buildings at Front Street Shipyard will be finished in a couple weeks.
The shipyard has already rented out marina space to 44 boats for the summer, that number is expected to grow.
And that's something a lot of local merchants are looking forward to.
"A lot of boaters have been coming. We feel like this summer is going to be one of our best because of the shipyard coming in," said Kaliegh Stanley, a bartender at Front Street Pub.
The shipyard housed about 70 boats this past winter.
