Poland -
Police say a man has died while his wife was seriously injured after the motorcycle they were on collided with a car in Poland.
Lt. Glenn Holt of the Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department says 45-year-old Kevin Lemm of Poland was flown to Central Maine Medical Center after the Thursday night accident where he was pronounced dead. His wife, 47-year-old Elisha Lemm, is listed in critical condition.
Holt said that the accident occurred after a car driven by a 21-year-old Poland man crossed the center line on Plains Road.
Neither the driver of the car nor his passenger was injured.
The crash remains under investigation and there was no word on charges.
