A Texas based company wants to put 14 wind turbines on Passadumkeag Mountain.
But the majority of those in attendance don't like that plan.

The Maine Department of Environmental Protection hosted Thursday meeting.
The DEP Commissioner Patricia Aho said she called the meeting because, "I want their input on our draft analysis on this particular application and it's to help me before we render any decision on this particular project."
The DEP Commissioner does not expect to issue a ruling on the matter until the end of August.
