Hermon -
Speedway 95 hosting a big event tonight. It's the Ikey Dorr Memorial Race. Dorr was a driver who died in 2009 after suffering a heart attack while racing.
A big name making his return to the track tonight. Cherryfield native Andy Santerre was in Hermon for the first time since 1997. Santerre was a friend of Dorr's, so he wanted to be back in the area for the event. The now-retired stock car driver brought along a couple of his drivers from the K and N Pro Series, which Andy says is like "Double-A" level.
A new sign was also unveiled at the track today, with Santerre's name on it to recognize him and his career. He said he was flattered.
