Bangor -
A fundraiser that gives lots of little kids the chance to check out some very big trucks is looking for volunteers.
The Touch-a-Truck Fair in Bangor raises money for Camp Capella, which supports kids and adults with disabilities.
Organizers are getting ready for the fair next month and need people to donate their time or even their vehicles.
All of the trucks, big rigs, emergency vehicles and the like will be parked at the Cole Land Transportation Museum.
Museum Project Manager Christopher Thorne says little ones aren't the only ones who enjoy them.
"The adults, they pretend to be kids on this day because they're up there just as much as the kids. You know they all want their turn, especially on the big quarry truck that we had here last year, the wheels the size of me."
The Touch-a-Truck fair is Saturday, August 11th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tickets are $5 or $20 for a family.
If you'd like to help out, you can contact Camp Capella at 843-5104 or log on to www.campcapella.org.
