Bangor -
We wanted to make a correction to a story we told you about earlier this week.
Saturday, July 7th, the Bangor Museum and History Center is hosting an old fashioned ice cream social.
We had previously reported that active military members and family members could get in for free until the national Blue Star Museum program. However, we were told that offer does not apply to special events.
The event goes from 12 to 4 Saturday afternoon.
In addition to ice cream, there will be historic games on the front lawn of the museum and costumed interpreters.
Tickets are $10 each, or $25 for a family of four.
