In the 1st, runners at 1st and 3rd, and the old leave early, steal home play rattles the Comrades. Shawn O'Donnell leaves early, throw gets away from the infield, and Casey Estes scores to make it 1-0 Motor City.
In the 2nd, Motor City threatening for more with runners at 1st and 2nd. But a tremendous catch by Tyler LaPlante in left field, saving a couple runs from scoring. That kept the score at 1-0.
In the 3rd, the Comrades trying to score, but Gabe Melmed tags the bag at 3rd
and then gets the out at first for the double play. Motor City moves into a first place tie in Legion Zone 1 with a 5-4 win.
