Last week, the Sweetest Thing in Bangor was broken into.
The thief, or thieves, took $4,000 dollars worth of technology and money, but Thursday, a cash mob took place at the store.
The idea was simple...show up, spend money, have fun.
Customers say it was an easy way to show their support.
Amber Small, one of the Co-Owners of the Sweetest Thing, says it was easy to forgive whoever stole from the business, especially after Thursday's event.
She said the love and support from the community is worth much more than what was stolen.
