Man Pleads Guilty to Breaking into House

Bangor - A man pleaded guilty Thursday afternoon to breaking into an Ohio Street home Wednesday night.

Marcus McCall, 36, called police after breaking in, telling them he was trying to escape dogs that were chasing him.

He also reportedly told police he was being chased through the woods by drug cartel agents trying to kill him.

Nothing was taken from the house, a door was broken though.

McCall's charged with criminal mischief and trespass. He has been ordered to pay fines and restitution.

McCall said he had some sort of "psychotic" issue Wednesday night and would be going to a hospital to get checked out.

Shocked that it's left up to the man to decide to be "checked out" later! This sounds like a drug-induced psychosis or a mental illness.- and the police should have had him hospitalized immediately for evaluation... for his safety and the safety of the public...
