Bangor police are investigating a stabbing.
It happened just before 10pm Wednesday.
Police say two women got into an argument near Dunkin Donuts on Main Street. At some point , police say several people got involved in the fight.
Police tell TV 5 a woman intervened and stabbed an 18-year-old woman from Bangor in the back and neck.
The suspect then ran away.
Police are looking for a white female, described as rugged, with below-the-shoulder length, red, curly hair. She was wearing a dark shirt and dark pants.
The victim's injuries do not appear to be life threatening.

In Sierra Buttes, Calif., two boys hiked up a jagged cliff and ended up stranded 8,000 feet up. The California Highway Patrol sent a chopper and had to lower a harness to carry them to safety, since climbing down was not an option. Scott Pelley reports.
