An event on Saturday in Bangor is designed to help you feel better on the inside and look better on the outside.
The Body, Mind & Spirt Expo is taking over both floors of the Bangor Conference Center at the Bangor Motor Inn.
Folks can browse over forty vendors for free, everything from health and fitness to jewelry to collectibles.
"This is an expo that can touch anyone. Maybe they're looking for home improvement maybe they're looking for self improvement," said Melanie Ryan of It Works Global, a vendor at the expo.
The expo is Saturday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM on both floors of the Bangor Conference Center on Hogan Road.
There will be free lunch, free samples, and raffles, including a chance to win a cruise to the Bahamas and Waterfront Concert tickets.
