Weather Causes Estimated Four Million Dollars in Damages to Brownville Area


Brownville, Milo - Damages from stormy weekend weather is likely to top $4 million according to officials who have looked at it.

Work crews are fixing roads wiped out by flooding which was blamed for the death of a man in Milo.

The rain also railroad tracks in the Brownville area.

Governor LePage says Maine's Emergency Management Agency is working to document the damage, which needs to total at least $1.8 million for the state to see federal disaster funds.
