A man accused of stabbing another man to death on First Street in Bangor last month was indicted by the Penobscot County Grand Jury, Wednesday.
Jason Trickett, 41, is charged with manslaughter.
Last month, Andy Smith, 38, was stabbed on First Street.
Witnesses say a group of people attacked him after Smith attacked a woman. Smith later died at a Bangor hospital.
According to court documents, Trickett did admit to stabbing Smith, but said it was an accident.
