Waterville -
A woman involved in a six-car accident in Waterville back in April is facing charges.
A Kennebec County grand jury indicted 42-year old Nancy Hazard on a felony charge of driving to endanger.
Hazard was recently arrested on that charge.
Police say she was travelling at a high rate of speed on College Avenue when her SUV smashed into other vehicles at a stop light in downtown Waterville.
Four people were hospitalized, some with serious injuries.
