Waterville -
Police arrested a Waterville man after he reportedly pointed a loaded shotgun at three people.
Jacob Higgins, 23, is charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
Police say early Wednesday morning, Higgins got into an argument with two men and a woman who were walking on Autumn Street.
Higgins reportedly went into his apartment, got a loaded shotgun and pointed it at them.
No one was hurt.
Higgins is out on bail and is due in court August 14th.
