Officials say there were multiple people riding in the car along Horse Point Road around 11:00 pm when the accident occurred.
20-year-old Kristin Lawler died at the scene of the crash. Her brother Travis was driving.
25-year-old Jackson Bolduc of Belgrade and 20-year-old Dylan Deroches were in the back seat of the car. They were both lifeflighted to nearby hospitals.
Bolduc remains in critical condition, while deroches is in stable condition.
Officals say 22-year-old Travis Lawler fled the scene on foot after the accident. He was later found by State Police.
The crash remains under investigation.
The accident was reconstructed and mapped.
No charges had been filed as of Sunday night.
