Tom Brown is getting into some serious training as he prepares for the Paralympic Games later this year. Brown is a handicapped sailor and is also the Maine Maritime Academy sailing coach. The Paralympic Games are in England this summer and Brown is getting some time in the water off the coast of France this week. Brown is a member of the U.S. in the sonar class with two other sailors. The Paralympic Games are the first week of September.
