The Thomas College softball team visiting Husson to face the red-hot Eagles. We'll start with game two of the doubleheader.
Bottom 3rd, Courtney Hill grounds one to 2nd. Lauren Hachey with a great play to knock the ball down, but Kate Thibodeau can't handle the throw. In the back door comes Briana Webster, making it 7-0 Husson.
How about the game pitched by Kody Lyon? Here she sits Kristi Hilton down looking. She allowed just two hits in the game and struck out five.
Bottom Fourth, Kelsey Livermore gives the Eagles an even bigger cushion. A check swing single to right makes it 8-0 Husson. That's how this one would end, 8-0 the final. By the way, Husson beating Thomas 4-2 in game one of the twin bill.
