2cup Flour
2t. Baking Powder
1/2t. Salt
1/2cup Butter
3/4cup buttermilk (chilled)
Mix all together until combined. Section on a cutting board. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool, serve. If serving with Corned Beef Hash, skip salt (the corned beef has enough already).
