The Penobscot area Special Olympics swim meet was held today in Bangor.
There was some great competition and many familiar faces at the event. Tim Throckmorton was there.
One of those faces is Dot Graves. She's been the director of the Penobscot County games since it all began 43 years ago, and she's loved every minute of it.
