Recipe Submitted by: Nancy Rovito, Bangor
Melt a small package of Velveeta cheese in a fry pan, add 1 lb. of cooked hamburg and 1 cup of chopped bacon. Stir together in pan with cheese until all is blended together.
Next, use small rye appetizer size bread. Line bread on a cookie sheet. Add a couple of spoonfuls of meat and cheese mixture on top of the toast. Top with a bit of your favorite shredded cheese. Pop into a preheated oven for five minutes, or until cheese has melted. Serve hot as an appetizer.
