Windham -
A Windham man accused of shooting another hunter to death in November has been charged with manslaughter.
Authorities say William Briggs, 61, shot Peter Kolofsky, 46, in the woods.
The men were in separate deer hunting parties.
Briggs' lawyer has said his client fired after seeing what he thought were antlers.
Authorities say Kolofsky was wearing bright orange.
