President Barack Obama is coming to Maine to raise money for his reelection campaign.

A spokesperson for the Maine Democratic Party says the president is planning to pay a visit to the Portland area on March 30.

We're told he's expected to attend two fundraisers.

The Facebook page for "Obama for ME," says the President will be meeting with supporters at a late-afternoon reception in South Portland.

The president last came to Maine during a family vacation to Acadia National Park in 2010.

First Lady Michelle Obama also visited the state last September, headlining a pair of fundraisers.
